Warrah Lookout

Warrah Trig cycling loop

As you reach Patonga Drive, experience an exhilarating downhill run to the beautiful Pearl Beach, where the Patonga trail leads you to the Warrah lookout, offering stunning views up the Hawkesbury River.

Patonga to Pearl Beach Walking Track
Experience the stunning natural beauty of Brisbane Water National Park on the Patonga to Pearl Beach walking track. This section of the Great North Walk winds through majestic red gum forests and offers breathtaking views of the Hawkesbury River and Pacific Ocean.
Starting at Patonga Beach, the walk takes you through the national park with the option to head to Warrah Trig or take the steep trail up to Warrah lookout. Take a break to enjoy a snack and soak up the spectacular views before continuing on the Pearl Beach signs. Along the way, you'll pass sandstone caves and a natural hanging garden of native ferns, while keeping an eye out for bush turkeys and listening for kookaburras.
The walk concludes at Crystal Avenue where you can bask in the beauty of a secluded beach surrounded by bushland. Take a refreshing dip in the water or enjoy a relaxing picnic before exploring the nearby cafes. Don't forget to bring your swimsuit and towel for the ultimate adventure!
